The students at Prof Diab’s Seton Hall University Zen and Yoga: The Art of Living Course release their attachments to their phones during the class.
This can be challenging at first and over time becomes so powerfully liberating – letting go of the attachment to the outside feels like letting go of a huge burden even if its just for the hour long class.
Try this for yourself, one hour a day commit to letting go, turn off the phone and have a face to face conversation or take some quiet time to yourself without distraction!
