Restorative Yoga is practiced with awareness.  Slow mindful movements which can bring immense healing for the body, mind and spirit.   This slower pace helps to calm the mind and sooth the nervous system, in this state we can deepen our self-awareness and open ourselves to new possibilities while releasing all that no longer serves us.

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-like state, among the deepest states of relaxation while still maintaining consciousness.  This ancient practice used as a form of meditation and mind-body therapy, allowing the release of stress and tension as you are guided through a series of breathing exercises and simple instruction.
